Lessthan3 is committed to the fundamental right to the protection of your personal data and this privacy policy is intended to inform you of your rights.

We consider that all data processed by Lessthan3 have been freely provided to us.

Likewise, you guarantee that the data provided are accurate and up to date, being responsible for any damage or prejudice, direct or indirect, that could be caused as a consequence of the breach of such obligation.

Lessthan3 acts as data controller of your personal data for the following purposes:

Based on the management of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship

Based on the existence of a legal obligation on the part of Lessthan3
